Traits Impact on Tier Ranking
Important: Traits can significantly change a unit's effective tier. A Divine unit with traits can be more powerful than a more expensive Divine unit without any traits.

Key Insight
A "Stinky/Tornado" Exotic might earn more than a "Normal" OG. Because Exclusive units scale based on your best brainrot, a Trait-boosted Divine unit raises the ceiling for your entire base. Always prioritize units with traits, especially on Divine and OG units.

Progression Strategy by Tier
Early Game (Common → Rare)
Start with Common units like Tumong Sahood ($100 EPF). Replace with Uncommon and Rare units as you progress. Focus on filling all slots before first rebirth.
Mid Game (Epic → Legendary)
Target Epic and Legendary units. Chef Kraba Kadabra ($80K EPF) is a great mid-game booster. Save for Legendary eggs after first rebirth.
Late Game (Mythic → Exotic)
Focus on Mythic units like Gorillo Watermelon ($500K EPF) and Exotic units like Ginger 67 ($1.2M EPF). Exotic units with traits can rival OG units.
End Game (OG → Divine → Secret)
Chase OG units ($15M EPF) and Divine units ($300M EPF). Divine Chicotera with traits can reach 8.5-21.37 billion per fish at Level 50. Secret units like La Vaka Pet ($500M EPF) are the ultimate goal.
Important Notes
- Traits Matter More Than Raw Tier: A Divine unit with traits can outperform a more expensive Divine without traits
- Level Scaling: Higher tier units have better level scaling (1.5-1.6x) compared to lower tiers
- Rarity Variants: Gold (1.5x), Diamond (2.5x), and Rainbow (5.0x) variants significantly boost income
- Exotic with Traits: A "Stinky/Tornado" Exotic might earn more than a "Normal" OG
